CD Duplication

CD duplication is the process of copying data on to multiple CDs at the same time. CD duplication is done using CD duplication towers, which can accommodate up to 11, or more, CD recorders.

The CD duplication tower can be controlled from a computer based system, or standalone, if a controller board has been installed on the tower.

CD duplication is a cost effect method of copying CDs if the quantity being made is below 500. For above 500 then CD replication or CD pressing is used. Once the CDs have been duplicated they are removed and new blank CDs inserted ready for copying again. The removal and insertion is either hand operated or done by a robotic arm. Using a dedicated CD services company can save time on your short run duplication jobs.
